In this segment of the Faith of the Pure Ray, we are dealing with capacity issues, which on the opposing side of the Planning Circle relate to what causes genocides. People who perpetrate genocides are denying their capacity.
People who are at this stage in their life, have just overcome their end of life crisis by overcoming their fear that they can't get the life they want and understanding that they cannot get their life by playing the games. They had turned their life over to someone or something that cannot help them get the life they want, and realized whatever it was didn't have the capacity to help them, so they must now address what put them into the crisis in the first place, and take back responsibility for creating the life they want.
