People are squeezed to participate

If you have a major business, you are probably very particular who you hire. The ideal employee is the person who has all the best qualifications and credentials. Your training program enables a team to form and work together on a common goal.

With the plan for world peace, no one can be left out, so we must offer solutions to help everyone overcome the obstacles in their life and then we form a team and work together on a common goal.

People must be squeezed to let go of the old structure or else why change? The squeezing action is not bad, it is how people react.

This segment of the Faith of the Pure Ray involves Moses freeing the Hebrew slaves from bondage in Egypt. To get the Pharaoh to let them go, he prophesied seven curses. The same thing is occurring during this time period with the seven curses known as the Seven Deadly Sins.

The opposite side of the planning circle from Judaism is Hinduism and Confucianism, and the line between them relates to the point of the Brick Wall, which is the end of life crisis.

Moses brought in the people to help him, like business partners, to help him lead the Hebrews through the desert. He didn't make it to the promised land because he had known too much trauma in his life and he passed away, just as the others who were torn apart by the power games based on the Seven Deadly Sin, but his legacy enabled others to overcome the end of life crisis, and to go on to create the life they wanted.

Once people overcome their end of life crisis, they progress on in the planning circle to the Confucianism segment, where they are able to assume responsibility for their life based on sharing their talents and gifts rather than relying on the power games, which never had the capacity to help them get their life.
